1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "hiu4d" or "Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming website accessible at https://hiu4d.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "User", "You", or "Member" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the hiu4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created upon successful registration on the hiu4d platform.

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the hiu4d platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If hiu4d identifies duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or close all related accounts, void all bets, confiscate balances, and withhold winnings.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 KYC Requirements

hiu4d is required by law and industry best practices to verify the identity of all Users. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, you may be required to submit the following documents:

3.2 Timing and Processing

KYC verification may be requested at any time, including:

• Upon initial account registration
• Before processing your first withdrawal
• For withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000
• If suspicious activity or irregularities are detected
• As part of routine security audits

Verification typically takes between 1-24 hours. Until your account is fully verified, certain features including withdrawals may be restricted. 4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Betting on opposing outcomes to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Using automated software or bots to exploit bonuses
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions

5.3 Wagering Requirements Example

If you receive a 100% deposit bonus of Rp 500,000 with a 20x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of Rp 10,000,000 (Rp 500,000 × 20) on eligible games before you can withdraw the bonus or any winnings derived from it. Specific bonus terms will be clearly stated in each promotion's official rules.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and legal action:

• Fraud and Deception: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in poker, or exploit betting markets.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

hiu4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in any prohibited activities listed in Section 7
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for more than 12 consecutive months
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities

8.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account suspension or termination:

• You will lose access to your Account and all platform services
• All pending bets may be voided
• Bonus funds and promotional credits will be forfeited
• Legitimate account balances (verified deposits and winnings) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to hiu4d, subject to completion of KYC verification
• You may be permanently banned from creating new accounts on hiu4d

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

• All pending bets must be settled before closure is finalized
